How to Get a 6 Pack Fast

Before any exercise regime, one should consult their doctor because your over all fitness level matters and ab crunches can be quite a strenuous exercise if you are severely overweight. If this is the case, avoid them and do light walking and restricting your calorie intake for a few weeks before attempting these more difficult exercises. If you are severely over weight, you have much more weight to lift, which makes it even more difficult. So start with something easier...but by all means start!

Do them slow, do them right, even if you can only do a set of 3 to begin with.
